AI Literacy

For anyone who uses AI at work. No coding. By the end of this course you can use your organization's approved AI tools confidently and safely, explain how they work in plain language, check what they tell you, and say clearly what you need when you ask for an AI system to be built.

Each class takes about three hours with a facilitator: a warm-up quiz, the concept, a live demo, a hands-on lab in pairs, a quiz that explains every answer, and an exit ticket. You need access to an AI chat tool your organization has approved.

The thread through the course

Every class works on the SitRep case study: turning messy field notes into a clear situation report for decision-makers. Each class adds one skill until, in Class 8, you redesign a workflow from your own job and present it.
